Terra do Zambujeiro [2014]

Quinta do Zambujeiro Lda is located approximately 170km east of Lisbon in the south eastern Portuguese region of Alentejo. Emil Strickler, an enthusiastic Swiss wine lover, bought the vineyard in 1998. Vision - achieving a stature of a cult brand through constant efforts in improving wine quality besides working towards a production of organic wine. Mission - Evoking unforgettable moments of pure emotion with Quinta do Zambujeiro wines, both in lovers and connoisseurs.

Dark, dense red. Intense and multi layered bouquet, reminds of flowers, red fruit oranges, tee, cedarwood. Well structured wine with the ripe and mouth filling tannins, refreshing acidity. Plenty of sweet fruit extract and long lasting after taste with notes of chocolate and malt.
