Seresin Sun & Moon Pinot Noir [2008]

  • Michael Seresin, a New Zealand film-maker whose works include filming protions of the Oscar-winning, "Gravity" and the cinematography for the critically acclaimed "Dawn of the Planet of the Apes", had a desire to create a winery in the early 1990's which made wine in the most natural way possible and did not commpromise on quality.  It is this passion for organics, wine and food that forms the foundation of everything that Seresin Estate represents.

  • A dense, rich and very powerful wine, it possesses layers of dark cherry, raspberry, plum, Oriental spices, nutty oak and savoury dried herb flavours. This pinot is a very impressive red with serious cellaring potential.
