Bernard Magrez, the owner of Domaine d’Oustric in Languedoc, presents his 100% Sauvignon Blanc Oustric. The vineyard is located on an exceptional terroir enjoying an ideal sun exposure bringing an optimum maturity and a typical character to the vines.
The wine shows expressive and typical aromas of citrus (grapefruit) and tropical fruits, with a nice mineral background. Fresh and lively on the palate, the wine will be a good companion to grilled fish and seafood, or can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif.
