Bernard Magrez, the owner of Domaine d’Oustric in Languedoc, presents his 100% Chardonnay Oustric. The vineyard is located on an exceptional terroir enjoying an ideal sun exposure bringing an optimum maturity and a typical character to the vines.
A pale yellow color with green highlights. It offers an expressive and attractive bouquet of floral and white fruit aromas (peach, pear). The attack is fresh, intense and well balanced with a nice acidity. The wine is a great match with fish and seafood, or can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif.
