Origin: Veneto, Italy
Montresor Castello Di Soave Castrum Suavense
In 1892 a branch of the family moved from France to Veneto to create a successful wine company. The family now shares the vision of organic and biodynamic approaches to the vineyard and cellar. Montresor is one of the most prestigious noble families of Europe. In 1600 Count Claude de Montresor was prime counsellor of Duke d'Orleans.
Clear pale yellow in colour with greenish reflections, the nose is intensely fruity with delicate aromas of acacia and elder blossoms. The palate is quite smooth with a lingering almond and honey aftertaste.
