Mastrojanni Rosso Di Montalcino
In 1975 lawyer Gabriele Mastrojanni bought a former 13th century observation tower and decided to plant his first vineyards; in 2008 entreprenuer Francesco Illy took over, building an amazing new wood ageing cellar in bioarchitecture style.
A very intense and lively ruby red with purple nuance. The nose delights in ripe cherry and plum, with its youthful fragrance. The palate is full-body, intense and full entry, ending with a pleasantly tannic and tangy finish.
