Golden in colour. Aromas of white fruit such as pear, citrus fruit like pomelo and floral notes of acacia. Very fresh and round mouth with aromas and beautiful minerality; persistent and lightly spicy finish.Perfect as an aperitif or with oysters, seafood, white meats.
