Ewald Zweytick Classic Muscatel [2013]
Ewald Zweytick is a winemaker from Ratsch in southern Styria / Austria and together with his brother, Hannes Zweytick, manages ‘Weingut Zweytick’, the Zweytick Vineyard. As well as this, over the past few years, he has also worked on his ‘own’ wines and bought or rented 7,5 hectares of vineyard and planted them out. The wines are distributed under the brand name Ewald Zweytick Wein.
The perfect aperitif – but too good to be enjoyed “only” before meals. Incidentally, connoisseurs who try the Gelber Muskateller as the ideal dessert companion to classical Palatschinken, or curd pancakes will be rewarded with a splendid Muscat aroma of yellow fruits and blossoms with subtle banana aromas and herbal components. Just as a suggestion.
