At Bunnamagoo Estate the focus is on highly individual traditonally-made wines. The grapes are sourced from Bunnamagoo, a historic property near Rockley and from the Eurunderee vinyard not far from Mudgee. Bunnamagoo Estate wines are the outcome of a long standing interest on the part of the Paspaley family in artisinal wine-making. The focus is on individual traditonally-made wines applying the same sort of discrimination and pateince that brought them succcess with their pearls.
Nose of tropical and citrus fruits with hints of peach and cashews. On the palate, this wine was 100% barrel fermented and has a supple and creamy mid palate and elegant acidity.
