Bunnamagoo Cabernet Sauvignon [2012]

At Bunnamagoo Estate the focus is on highly individual traditonally-made wines. The grapes are sourced from Bunnamagoo, a historic property near Rockley and from the Eurunderee vinyard not far from Mudgee. Bunnamagoo Estate wines are the outcome of a long standing interest on the part of the Paspaley family in artisinal wine-making. The focus is on individual traditonally-made wines applying the same sort of discrimination and pateince that brought them succcess with their pearls.

On the nose, cassis, chocolate, vanilla and regional earthy aromas abound.  The palate is medium-bodied with a core of dark tree fruits framed by fine emery-like tannins and hints of savoury dried herb flavours carrying through a long finish.
