The Bliss Ranch was puchased in 1943 by Irv Bliss. In the early days Irv farmed the land, grew grapes and figs, raised sheep and cattle. In the 70's all of the land was converted to grapes. Nowadays Brutocao family pursuits for the winery a wnning code of wise Sustainable viticulture, soil management, water management, energy efficiency and ecosystem management.
Pale ruby red colour, on the nose are intense aromoas dried cherries and Christmas spice. On the palate are fruit forward flavours with an elegant finish that is highlighted by notes of sweet cranberry and a touch of oaky spice.
