Bliss Family Chardonnay [2015]

The Bliss Ranch was puchased in 1943 by Irv Bliss. In the early days Irv farmed the land, grew grapes and figs, raised sheep and cattle. In the 70's all of the land was converted to grapes. Nowadays Brutocao family pursuits for the winery a wnning code of wise Sustainable viticulture, soil management, water management, energy efficiency and ecosystem management.

Straw yellow in colour, on the nose are aromas of fresh white nectarines and notes of vanilla. Bright fruit flavours are followed by a touch of cream soda. The palate provides a rich, round mouth feel and lingering tropical flavours. The finish is balanced with good freshness.
