The Chardonnay grapes were handpicked in the Barossa Valley. They were given a light crush and have no oak treatment at all. After 12 months in steel tanks the wine was given a light filter and then bottled.
The ‘Arlequin 2013 Chardonnay from Barossa, is elegant and complex, showing stone fruit and melon flavours with a hint of citrus and a tight finish. Perfect on a warm day, chilled to the bone, or very impressive when served with seafood, grilled chicken or a classic carbonara pasta.
